When business is conducted without major changes, when there are no legislative developments, when the State doesn't change the technology of communication with companies, when employees are healthy and happy with their salary etc. – both options are acceptable. Significant differences occur when this is not the case.
As it happens in every sector, accounting and HR regulations undergo continuous change, as well. Employees will achieve the expected quality of performance if they are trained accordingly. When the accounting department has only one or just a few employees, it is difficult to keep up with all the changes.
Technology develops continually. More and more communication with the State is performed on different Internet platforms, increasingly more data is exchanged, but not entered. All technological advances cost money. If we study and carry them out at our firm for a large number of clients, it isn't such a big deal. However, if you have to organise and pay only for yourself, it becomes expensive.
At the accounting and HR position we want to have an employee we trust and with whom we don't have any disputes. In an employment relationship, which is subject to ups and downs like any other, this fact imposes restrictions on employers. If these sensible tasks are outsourced, an external service provider is bound by the contract and the non-disclosure clause in a much stronger way than an employee. A contracting party is not protected neither by a trade union nor the law.
When employees fall ill, they are hard to replace. A service provider with dozens of employees can easily solve such problem. Anyone responsible for a certain client can be covered by a colleague.
Information regarding salaries, other payments or contracts is usually concealed from other employees. It is much simpler when you outsource.
Tools used to perform these tasks better and faster are demanding and expensive. Since they are shared among several clients, they become less costly.
We have a double system of data backup.
